Carver was inspired by traditional carvery-style Sunday roast dinners, but designed for the affordability and speed of a quick-service restaurant. Their herb rubbed roasts are slow roasted on spits for up to 24 hours to achieve that perfect combination of crispy crackling and succulent, savoury meat.
Carver’s focused menu features hand carved roasts such as Rosemary Roasted Porchetta, served either as a sandwich with freshly baked rustic bread, or as a plate with a fully loaded baked potato and crisp, seasonal greens. All of their products are naturally raised on small Ontario farms using responsible methods and practices.
Carver is located in the heart of Toronto’s downtown core at the corner of Peter and Adelaide.
